This was an unplanned win that was a prank planned by Joko Winterscheidt and Klaas Heufer-Umlauf for their show Circus Halligalli (2013). Neither the organizers nor the host were informed about this incident. When the category was announced a Ryan Gosling-double appeared on stage and claimed the trophy and left leaving a confused audience. The committee later admitted that they were fooled however decided to award the film the prize as they felt it was a deserving choice nevertheless.
