"Hellraiser: Origins" is a little movie from 2013, so still has its 5th anniversary and this one was directed and co-written by Mike Le Han. Don't think I have to say too much here about Hellraiser. Even I as somebody who is not a horror film nerd or particularly familiar with the long-running Hellraiser film franchise knows the very basics and also recognized Pinhead immediately from his looks. So chances are very high you have seen an older Hellraiser film, at least one, if you come across this project we got here. This here is actually the trailer for a film that never got made. From the looks of it, it wasn't too bad visually and also the scary voice we hear saying "Welcome to Hell". Overall, I would not be encouraged too much from what I saw here to check out the film had it been made, but it's still nothing too shabby, let alone a failure. If horror is your thing and maybe you like or even love Pinhead as a character, then definitely go check this one out. I believe you will certainly appreciate it more than I did. Still I'd give it a thumbs-down overall, even if that is probably 50% from the subjective point of view.
