Me and my two kids love all the Kendrick brother films, we own most of them all, so we knew this one wouldn't disappoint. God really has his hands on their company... Anyway on to my review.. I enjoyed every part of this film, mainly because it was mature enough, and spiritual enough for adults, as well as humorous and appropriate enough for children. Plus the kids in this movie had a large part to play in the film. Without giving away any spoilers I will say that whether you are a Christian or not, if you love prayer, or just want to know/learn more about it please give this movie a chance and go check it out. I'm definitely spreading the Word.

Thanks Kandis

Trivia

The first scene filmed was where Miss Clara is cheering in her kitchen about the Devil getting his butt kicked. From this point on, they knew that Karen Abercrombie was great for the role. She was only in her 50s, but wore a wig and makeup to look older. In one scene where Elizabeth is touring her house, they look at a picture on the wall that shows Clara and her husband Leo from many years ago. This picture was actually taken earlier that same day when she wasn't wearing the wig.

Quotes

Elizabeth Jordan: I don't know where you are, Devil, but I know you can hear me. You have played with my mind and had your way long enough! No more! You are done! Jesus is the Lord of this house, and that means there's no place for you here anymore! So take your lies...

Goofs

When in the War Room, there is a soldier with a patch of the 25th Infantry Division, and of the 3rd Infantry Division. It is not possible for someone to be attached to two divisions at once. Not to mention that the 3rd Infantry Division did not take part in the Vietnam War. However, the right shoulder signifies Wartime service. Those soldiers who are combat veterans are authorized permanent wear of the SSI of the unit they fought with on their right shoulder. This shoulder sleeve insignia recognizes "former wartime service" and is frequently called a "combat patch". Per Army Regulation 670-1, a soldier is authorized to wear the SSI of their higher headquarters. This is not dependent on whether or not the higher headquarters deployed, or to whom the soldier was attached throughout his/her deployment. The 3rd (Marne) Division did serve (with distinction) during WWI and WWII and also during the Korean Conflict ...
