Danielle was sitting in the same place and with the same back seat interior when she was in the SUV with her father before it was repossessed, and when traveling in the white hybrid sedan later in the movie.
The mask Tony uses when washing his wife's feet is a dust mask and would be useless to protect him from the odor of her feet. But once her feet are in the bucket of water there would be no odor issue anyway.
Early in the movie, during the narration in the cemetery, Miss Clara looks over at a husband and wife fighting. As the husband enters the car to drive off, you can clearly see the hand prints from the wife on the window from previous takes.
When in the War Room, there is a soldier with a patch of the 25th Infantry Division, and of the 3rd Infantry Division. It is not possible for someone to be attached to two divisions at once. Not to mention that the 3rd Infantry Division did not take part in the Vietnam War. However, the right shoulder signifies Wartime service. Those soldiers who are combat veterans are authorized permanent wear of the SSI of the unit they fought with on their right shoulder. This shoulder sleeve insignia recognizes "former wartime service" and is frequently called a "combat patch". Per Army Regulation 670-1, a soldier is authorized to wear the SSI of their higher headquarters. This is not dependent on whether or not the higher headquarters deployed, or to whom the soldier was attached throughout his/her deployment.
