| Terrible acting, half-witted story and plots
The acting is like in primary school drama class, brainless story, naive plots... most frustrating are racial prejudices... an absolute monstrosity from half-witted director.

The story suggests she is an agent in one of the security agencies (bureau). Then she gives the licence plate of the car she's chasing using 'Zebra Mother Delta' struggling to make up the words for the letters. If she is an agent it would be natural for her to use the military phonetic alphabet. She would not have trouble spelling that 'Zulu Mike Delta'.
