  • Warning: Spoilers
Jennette McCurdy is certainly not unaware of where she must be standing in Hollywood after all the drama from earlier this year. It is very clever that she took the point in her life that many stars before her have faced and rather let it be a negative thing in her life, she turned it around and made fun of it and turned it into a more positive thing with this new series. Written, produced, and edited by McCurdy, directed by Colton Tran, the series follows Sarah Bronson, star of a hit tween TV series that the network now decides to cancel. Upon hearing the news, she imagines which road she might end up taking that many stars have done, though not having any clue what could be next for her. The performances are well done, the scenes are shot really well like it could be on television and Jennette is able to give you a laugh each episode either with her character or her writing. It's a win-win for her. What's next for Sarah (and Jennette) is anyone's guess.
