When the Russo Brothers tweeted out a photo of the re-shoot cast, Yvette Nicole Brown from Community (2009) was in that photo, making her at least the fourth cast member from "Community" to appear in a Russo Bros. MCU film, following Danny Pudi and D.C. Pierson in Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) and Jim Rash in Captain America: Civil War (2016). (Fellow "Community" star Ken Jeong also appears in this film, as does Brie Larson, who guest-starred in a few episodes of the show.) Before their work with Marvel Studios, directors Anthony Russo and Joe Russo were known for their work producing and directing TV comedies, including "Community", where they served as executive producers during the first three seasons. (Elsewhere in the MCU, "Community" star Donald Glover appears in the non-Russo Bros. film Spider-Man: Homecoming (2017), as the criminal Spider-Man tries to interrogate.)
Okay, hold on. Don't shoot.
The Army fatigue uniform that Steve Rogers is wearing while he and Tony are on the Army base in 1970 has his rank (Captain) correctly indicated on his cap as well as his right collar point. His left collar point has his service branch indicator, which, unfortunately, bears a resemblance to the LtCol rank. The branch indicator isn't clearly visible, but appears to be transportation branch. His uniform, rank and branch, are correct for the time period.
The signatures of the six "original" Avengers in the end credits mirrors that of Star Trek VI - The Undiscovered Country, where the main characters signed their names. This was the final movie featuring the original TV show cast.
