| Another magic girl favorite featuring mermaids
I am always on the look-out for new anime to watch and manga to read. I had come across this magic girl anime series from looking at its pictures, and I had read the original manga. Now it's one of my favorite "animanga" series. Another reason I love this is that I love mermaids.

As I remember the story, it follows the main character Lucia Nanami, Mermaid Princess of the North Pacific Ocean, searches for and woos a boy named Kaito Dōmoto, whom she had rescued seven years ago, while at the same time, she and Hanon Hōshō and Lina Tōin, Princesses of the South and North Atlantic Ocean respectively, battle a group of sea demons using their lovely voices and their magic microphones. I love how the series used references from one of my favorite fairy-tales - "The Little Mermaid."

I love the songs that were sung in the series. Also I thought the story was very well written and the animation beautiful. So overall, I really love this magic girl series and it's another favorite.
