Paddington, now happily settled with the Brown family and a popular member of the local community, picks up a series of odd jobs to buy the perfect present for his Aunt Lucy's 100th birthday, only for the gift to be stolen.
According to Ben Whishaw, production began in 2016.
Aunt Lucy said, if we're kind and polite the world will be right.
The police tell the Brown family Paddington was caught "red-handed" stealing the pop-up book, and he is convicted of the crime. Yet neither during the chase or his arrest is the book ever in his possession.
Like in Paddington (2014), the credits feature the assurance "No bears were harmed in the making of this film."
