The Noah Benardout Foundation presents the first annual Lovr Benefit concert, a cross-section of artists and celebrities coming together to advocate for an end to DUI (Driving Under the Influence) on Saturday, March 21, 2020 at the Hollywood Palladium.
The star-studded evening of music and education will feature special performances by Chris Martin, Madison Beer, Daya, Bråves, Nicholas Petricca of Walk The Moon, Romeo of Farr, Saint Bodhi, Dreamers, Lemmo, El Javi, Ryan Baer, and many other musical guests. Red carpet arrivals start at 6pm, doors open at 6:30pm. Tickets can be purchased here.

Relatively few new limited releases are launching against the likes of Rocketman and Godzilla this weekend. Sony Pictures Classics is rolling out The Fall Of The American Empire, from French-Canadian filmmaker Denys Arcand and starring Alexandre Landry, in New York and Los Angeles, and after more than a decade of very limited screenings at a few film festivals, British filmmaker Gerald Fox’s doc Leaving Home, Coming Home: A Portrait of Robert Frank is finally getting a regular theatrical release. Indie Rights is heading out with satirical comedy Loners in Los Angeles, and Strand Releasing is launching Cannes 2018 title Yomeddine by Abu Bakr Sawky in New York.

Loners Productions and Indie Rights have announced the theatrical debut and Digital HD rollout of Eryc Trammon's satirical comedy Loners. Following its beginnings as a stage production by Neil McGowan, Loners was developed into a feature film by producer/star Tyson Turrou as a comedic take on the current political climate in the United States, and the government's inability to actually address the violence in the news. The film asks for answers to two of life's greatest questions: How to avoid the government, and how to make friends. Loners will premiere in Los Angeles at the Ahrya Fine Arts by Laemmle on May 30, followed by a weeklong run at the Laemmle Music Hall beginning May 31.
