Really Enjoyed this. Hadn't heard of it. For me, I just enjoyed it. Something different and so great to see some new faces having fun. Made me smile and that's what a movie should do. Hope you enjoy it too.

anneahgee7 September 2019I was hoping for a quirky feel good typically Australian film. Based on the imdb 10 out of 10 ratings.. you can imagine my surprise and disappointment at seeing a very average film.

pilot100927 February 2022Another Aussie mis-laughter mess. Not funny at all and similar in concept to Muriels Wedding. So if you liked that one you'll like this I didn't. It just rambled along in a patently obvious way and wasn't worth the effort to watch.

Saw this with my family recently, it's not the type of film I'd usually watch but so glad I did. WE LOVED IT!
Made us laugh, think but most of all made us think a little bit more about our situation/standing in life. Plenty of chuckles and we even had a few tears. Worth the watch! -

The two leads were incredibly watchable, the direction was spot on and the cinematography was gorgeous, could not keep my eyes off the screen. Hope this is a massive hit overseas and it leads the way for more Aussie produced films.
