As I very slow wend my way through Jim Powers' magnum opus, 37 volumes of "Perverted Stories", I took time out to watch this more recent offering from the prolific helmer (1,000-plus feature-length shows to date) and it's quite typical of his mediocre but still satisfying output.
Using very cheap looking hospital-examining room sets, Powers presents four fabulous actresses in action. The skits are minor and uninteresting, but the humping is invigorating and these incredibly-stacked ladies are just what the doctor ordered. I think simplicity is the secret to Powers' longevity (most if not all of his peers have long since departed the scene) - giving the fans what they want without being insulting or pretentious about it.
Lisa Ann is of course the ultimate MILF, and her doctor's outfit and manner fit her dominant persona. In this instance she indulges in her oft-stated preference for dark meat, giving the dull (can't act his way out of a paper bag) Flash Brown a fine IR once-over. The ancient burlesque nature of the sketch (sports doctor Lisa checking out Flash's knee and discovering a big dick lurking nearby -you know, extending down almost to the knee time) is amusing.
My favorite Kaylynn from a decade or so before took me aback with her store-bought breasts, quite a departure from the uninhibited turn of this century cutie. I guess that's the knee-jerk requirement to be a MILF, dictionary definitions notwithstanding, and Ms. K makes short work of Marcus London, who seemingly calls her (to my ears) "Dr. Cutty".
Ava Addams is clearly the best breast on show in another of her recent screen demonstrations that she is the Queen of the firm frontage. For what seems like at least the 20th time, she dominates cute Tyler Nixon, making them a sure-fire porn team in the older/younger genre.
Bringing up the rear, so to speak, is an under-sung MILF star Janet Mason, never in the A-list of porn stars (Julia Ann, Lisa Ann, etc.). She humps patient Bill Bailey but the result is ho-hum. Powers' stock in trade over the years has been kinkiness, but "Dr. Mlf" is bland.
