As Scott Lang balances being both a superhero and a father, Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym present an urgent new mission that finds the Ant-Man fighting alongside The Wasp to uncover secrets from their past.
Ghost was a baseline human in the comics who got his powers from the suit. The MCU version is an enhanced human who got her powers from an accident; the suit helps her manage them. Janet van Dyne is a complex example of the trope. In the comics she is a baseline human who later got additional abilities to shoot bio-energy blasts, but here is a baseline human who derives her powers from the suit. Initially, at least. Her time in the Quantum Realm has given her additional powers that she cited as being "evolution".
Dr. Hank Pym:
I still think about the night your mother and I had to leave you.
When Janet Van Dyne is using Scott Lang's body to assist Hank and Hope she takes Hank's hand. After she vacates and Scott returns to consciousness he puts his hands on his hip. After a cut Scott lifts his hand up in confusion showing that he is once again holding Hank's hand.
There is a scene at the end of the closing credits: the giant ant plays a drum solo in Scott's house while an emergency broadcast plays throughout San Francisco.
