Feature adaptation of Beatrix Potter's classic tale of a rebellious rabbit trying to sneak into a farmer's vegetable garden.
Walt Disney in the 1930s initially considered doing an adaption of Peter Rabbit after Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (1937), but Beatrix Potter turned down the offer.

When Mr. Thomas McGregor opens the white door of his London apartment at No. 10, instead of British Locks, the outside of the door has an Australian Lockwood brand lock, and on the inside of the door is an Australian Lockwood 355 Double Cylinder Deadlock Deadbolt.
As the closing Columbia Pictures logo fades away, we hear audio of a person groaning (possibly Thomas McGregor).
