It's a mixed cast, but mostly American for the Brit porn title "My Boss Is a Cougar" from Bluebird Films. Title telegraphs the content, fairly generic in the popular cougar/office sex subdivision of MILF cinema.
The word boss implies bossy in this case, as these attractive cougars essentially bend the rules on sexual harassment to get their male underlings to hump them. Joke of course is that beauties like this are unattainable in real life so their forcing themselves on younger workers is pure wish-fulfillment for the viewer.
My favorites were Jewels Jade and Stacey Saran, both delightfully top-heavy and capable (especially in muscle-lady Jade) of pushing guys around. Dane Cross, a mainstay of U.S.-made MILF movies, is on hand to do his thing once more - he can play this role in his sleep by now.
Only departure from the norm is presence of Asian sex performer Keni Styles, often seen in England but a novelty for U.S. porn fans, and his participation opposite Stacey gives the feature a modicum of mixed-combo content.
DVD box gives production date of Oct. 27, 2009, but apparently it wasn't released until 3 years later.
