When I first thought of watching this movie based on IMDb ratings, I had no clue that I would end up admiring the actor Rakshit Shetty so much. I have not watched any of his other movies and clearly, I have missed watching so much of his acting skills and direction. Well, this movie has a good story-line and the performance of the actors like Rakshit and Haripriya strengthens it. Achyuth Kumar, Pramod Shetty and Ravi Kale 's mature performance gives a good support. Haripriya skillfully manages to play the soft-spoken, innocent homely girl's role and the hard-faced naxal comrade's role. Overall, the movie is filled with good performances and it's a love story.. told a little differently. The movie makes you feel so comfortable with love story at first but it takes a different turn altogether with the involvement of a social issue and naxalites. Direction is amazing with good cinematography and music. It reminds me of 'Dil Se..' a little..it probably is the climax, but I feel it is way better than 'Dil Se..' Again, I find Rakshit Shetty utterly romantic and passionate in this movie. He may not look like a typical film-star and this is what is his very strength. He looks like your next-door neighbor, a friend, not like someone with Godly appearance whom you can hardly think of talking to. His down to earth style, natural acting, flawless dialogue delivery makes him a star with his own standards. Not many would fall into this category. This guy has a long way to go in Kannada film industry.
