After watching this episode I had to wonder if one of the writers was named Chloe or if they had a daughter named Chloe, because this episode reeks of that self-insert fan-fiction type.
The episode revolves around a newcomer who brings nothing to the table that existing character Trixie Tang couldn't already do. The plot introduces a new conflict which could have promise but did not at all show in this episode. Combine that with animation bugs, continuity errors and a kneecap for the entire series and you have an episode most fans will switch to a different channel to see what's on.
If you are a fan of the show, I recommend stopping before you get to this one.
