| A "bewitching" fantasy comedy
Here is another instant anime favorite. Now I wasn't sure whether to label the series fantasy or comedy. But I think it's a fantasy, slice-of-life series that is similar to the film "Kiki's Delivery Service."

Based on a manga that I never heard of, this series about Makoto Kowata a witch-in-training for leaves Yokohama to Aomori with her black cat Chito, because it is an old tradition when a witch turns 15 years old she must leave to begin her training. But since this is the 21st century, her parents think it's best that she should stay with her cousins Kei and his little sister Chinatsu.

From watching the first three episodes, I automatically love the series! With plenty of fantasy, humor, beautiful animation and also a very catchy opening theme song. So overall, my last word is that this is an awesome anime to enjoy.
