James Avalon contributes a soggy bit of romantic porn (without the romance or story line) in the initial volume of this Eroica X series. Like his other recent work for the label, it's deadly dull.
The titles of the four separate vignettes hint at the ordinariness of this generic content: "Valentine's Gift", "Let's Make a Baby", "Fill Me with Your Love" and "Coming Home". How a sophisticated, hall of fame level pornographer like Avalon could descend to such saccharine depths is a mystery probably known only to his accountant.
The emphasis here is on fresh new faces, namely young femmes who have not been eaten up in the porno world's meat grinder quite yet. Perhaps a cutoff of 20 or fewer credits under the belt was set to find them suitable.
Kimmy Granger is the most familiar of the bunch, currently mired in dumb jail-bait assignments. She's paired with Logan Pierce, who sits down at the piano, plays a few notes and thinks better of it (probably because he can't play) and they get down to some humping.
Corniest segment is Molly Manson in the Valentine salute, in which she follow a trail of rose petals, a gambit I once saw brilliantly executed in one of Girlfriends Films' lesbian romance videos. Perhaps it works better in the dreamy, otherworldly universe of Sapphic couplings. Here it ends with Jean Val Jean delivering his big dick to Molly, ending with the promised cream pie of the show's title.
The best-executed creamy finish is delivered by Tyler Nixon, a porn heartthrob who if he were in mainstream cinema (not all that much of a stretch) would be perfect for Patrick Dempsey style typecasting.
Remaining segment has Blair Williams cooing to Seth Gamble "Come inside me, please" for the hard of hearing in the audience. That he does, and Avalon elegantly climaxes this segment with her on top riding Seth's cock, with the spunk dribbling out right on cue.
