A man becomes the superintendent of a large New York City apartment building where people mysteriously go missing.
Val Kilmer has said that the hardest part of making the film was "looking for ways to maximize the vocal options" due to his cancer recovery. He eleborated further, saying "My vocal cords and everything is perfect in my mouth except my swollen tongue. And that was challenging."
When Ms Daigle is in the bedroom, the door is clearly knocked from its hinges to allow the killer access. While she hides under the bed, however, she believes she sees the killer leave the room and close the undamaged door.
There is a brief scene midway through the credits.
