Rally this was awful in every way. I'm guessing the on positive review was written by the maker's mom.

Whoever gave it a 10 must be friends with one of the actors. -
rczoop28 November 2020I was entertained. Simple, funny, quirky semi romantic comedy. Especially for not trying to overdue it. 84 minutes was just right. I thought it was well cast with new actors I didn't know. Brent Morin looks like the late John Ritter. At least to me.

hinda-haskell25 January 2019The Outdoorsman is billed as a romantic comedy but it has some serious messages along the way. Jason (Brent Morin) the main character is very engaging and I rooted for him throughout the entire movie and actually cried when he had his small failures (not a spoiler.) Mona, Sasheer Zamata, has her own struggle but the 2 together on the screen was a delight. Very funny and very touching. HIghly recommend this independent film !!
