Actress Inari Vachs donned the director's cap to break new ground in "Fresh Phat Asses Costa Rica", presumably the first porn video shot in that Central American nation and utilizing local femme talent.

That original was interesting as sociology, with Vachs a sort of XXX Margaret Mead teaching the young things how to hump before a camera for profit. Forget the Peace Corps and Doctors Without Borders - Vachs was making a major contribution to international relations and world piece, I mean peace.

But this followup mixture of unused scenes from the earlier shoot and some additional material drags Vachs down to the gutter. Completely missing are the interviews, kidding around and human contact between the Yankee Colonialists/Imperialists and the unbesmirched natives. All we get is wall-to-wall sex, pro-am division, poorly executed and utterly dull. Anal sex is added to the mix in the usual porno progression, and a sense of The Ugly American invading paradise leaves a bad taste when it's all over.

Vachs' casting of the American studs is poor, with the two schleps from Part one joined by the revolting D.P. Cooper, a guy with no career who can't even ejaculate in one of his scenes here. Local girls, several of who appeared to better advantage in Part 1, are nice to look at but as they say in the trade, they're a dime a dozen.
