There are so many things that are good in this episode but you have to see it to understand it. Absolutely recommend this to everybody on this planet

stevenjlowe8221 April 2023I was a mere 26 when Drag Race first aired in the UK and so I watched each season as it aired and back in the day boy did I loathe Phi Phi...I really did. Then time passed and social media etc exploded and we all learned about the behind the scenes buffoonery pulled by producers and the now infamous villain edit. Whilst I do see that as a valid point of defence these contestants still said the things they said as beautifully stated by Roxy whom was also not portrayed in the most positive light in her season. Long story short I don't think Phi Phi ever stood a chance upon returning and the producers had a very definitive vision of her in mind. At the same time I don't think she does a lot to help herself at times. I wasn't surprised she was sent packing at the end.
Overall a good episode with strong performances from the deserving top 4 of Alaska, Alyssa, Detox & Tatiana. The double save was an obvious drama stunt by production but by this point I'm beyond calling them out for it now. We're all grown ups here we all know how this show works as do those who take part. I for one just strap in and enjoy the shenanigans as best I can.
