  • I cannot believe I stumbled on such a hilarious show that I had never heard of. For something so brief that it should feel like a web short or skit, it actually has the feel of a very well made and acted dry comedy. I adore that the show doesn't waste time dropping terrible jokes every couple of lines that are worthy only of canned laughter. Instead, there are one or two truly belly-laugh-out-loud moment every episode. It is so refreshing and so much more fulfilling to have these sincere, high- quality bouts of raucous laughter than a handful of feigned, forced chuckles that most TV comedies painfully extract in their race-to-the- bottom to capture impatient, low-brow viewers with cheap throw-away jokes and bathroom humor these days.

That being said, the show is certainly not bashful about or short on bathroom and bedroom humor; indeed, it is the root of the humor in most of the episodes. But amazingly enough, for reasons I can't quite elucidate, the humor just absolutely, unfailingly, and consistently works and doesn't come off as crass or juvenile. There is just something about how real the humor is played that makes the viewer think "Ohmagosh! I could totally see that actually happening!"

Despite the short season and short episodes, you will quickly develop sympathies and affinities for all of the characters, who you will be rooting for in overlapping and conflicting ways. This is the true brilliance of the writing and acting, in that each character, despite blatant, glaring flaws, is made very human, and so is hard to completely write off, ignore, or root against. The lack of clear protagonist/antagonist relationships, the gray areas of modern love and life, and the persistent defeats and triumphs of trying to make it one step forward in the contemporary digital-urban landscape are so perfectly grasped by the show that the only thing the viewer will be left wanting is another season of equally thoughtful and well-executed content not ground into drivel and sold out to the mainstream masses.

If this gives the description the show is somehow elitist or inaccessible, it is not; "All Wrong" is simply a rare gem of top-notch writing, acting, and production in a sea of mass-produced repetitiveness. While the tropes it handles are not unique, its treatment of them is divine, enabling the show to not only get away with a plethora of raunchiness, but to thrive on it.

Overall, I give the show a 9/10 because perfect 10s don't exist; there's always room for improvement.

I saw this project by accident and was not super into the idea but got into it. The second season is definitely better. I think you can kind of skip the first season and just watch the second and it catches you up to speed.

It's nothing crazy special but has some funny moments that I liked and laughed out loud about. I think there are some really good actors in here. I liked a lot of the minor characters, they were more memorable to me.

All in all I think it does a pretty good job for a digital series and was the best show I saw on the Black Pills thing.
  • This show is not Sliders. It's not about sliding from any dimension to any other dimension, at all, ever. There's no fighting with alien races or evil versions of ourselves.

What this show IS about is a guy who has a very smelly penis. That's seriously what this show is about. It's also the limit of the comedy on this show. It doesn't get any more funny than that, which is to say that this show never gets anywhere near the vicinity of actually being funny...

Avoid this stinker! Watch Sliders instead.

I stumbled upon this series when I was checking out what new shows Vice was putting out on it's new web series page. I believe Blackpills is the production company that partnered with Vice to start online content. That being said, I thought this was a really enjoyable show. The acting was top notch, it was very funny, the characters are all relatable and the production quality is great. I was actually amazed by how good this was for such a small production. What is weird is that I like the short 11 minute episodes, but at the same time wish they were longer because I liked the show so much. I do hope they continue with another season though. What would be great is if HBO picked this up as a series, since they have a relationship with Vice.

Overall, I highly recommend checking the show out.
  • This web series is completely pathetic on every single level you can imagine! Just rubbish.

    The acting is awful.

    The direction is awful.

The writing is worse than awful. I mean, I can imagine this show literally being written by a baboon on construction paper with its own feces.

The jokes are probably the worst attempt at "comedy" I have ever seen in my life.

I can't believe I wasted what seems like half an hour but was probably more like ten or so minutes watching this pile of complete rubbish.
  • The cast is hilarious. I love the writing style. Production value was really suprisingly good. The timing is fast paced which I love. A diamond in the rough!
  • This is a show about a guy with a smelly penis... that is literally what this show is about. The acting and writing are both so bad I don't even know which one is worse. This is the worst thing I've ever watched on my phone. If you go to youtube and just smash your keys with your fist and do a random search I guarantee you the video will be more entertaining than this show was.

Also I'm pretty suspicious of this show's ratings and reviews when the IMDB ratings look like this... Arithmetic mean = 7.3... Median = 8... Rating = 3.8... that basically means that someone is trying to stuff the ballot box with high votes but not getting away with it. For another thing there is no way hundreds of people are watching and rating this show when it is this bad and on an app I don't think anybody I know other than me has.

Anyway if you come across this show don't waste your time, or do... you've been warned tho.
  • Warning: Spoilers
I was bored, looking for something to watch and stumbled on this at Netflix. And watched both seasons in two evenings. I just finished it, seeking more information, annoyed about the ending, when I saw all this bashing and had to come to give some credit.

Loved the humor and vibe between characters. I was expecting not to like it, but ended up enjoying myself, smiling, laughing. Until the end. I wished there was third season, but unfortunately I learned fast it definitely is a hidden gem and not continuing. Everyone has their taste in humor, I liked this.

Give it a chance, it might surprise you.
