Tianjin Mysteries Perpetrator is the third movie of the saga "Tianjin Mysteries". Produced for CCTV6, this saga tells the story of investigations in the Police station of Tianjin city (China) in the fifties. In this movie, the police team investigate into the murder of a movie star. Over the lead of secretary Wilson (Head of police station), the investigation is managed by Liuzhiyuan and her detectives Zhao Kuiyong, Xao Magan and Wang Pangzi.
