"The Fantasy Machine" is typical fetish nonsense, which treads on sci-fi content. Saving grace for me is the surprise appearance of a personal all-time favorite Raven Richards (a nipple goddess from decades past), hiding out here under a pseudonym.
She is paired with Desiree Chardeau as a pair of unsuspecting Guinea Pigs in a scientific experiment, conducted at the Institute for Advanced Dream Research. With a premise that adequately serves the voyeuristic nature of fetish/bondage porn, an unseen group of scientists (we only hear them chattering in voice-over) are behind a one-way glass mirror observing these beautiful subjects, who in an induced dream-state end up singly and later together in the usual distressed positions: hog-tied, suspended, blindfolded, you name it.
There's more story and action here than the usual Damsel in Distress tableaux, and I enjoyed sexy Raven in action. Not recommended for anyone who takes the term "moving pictures" literally, but beyond fetichists I suppose sci-fi completists should take a peek, too.
