- Each episode involves some sort of surgical room procedure, typically involving images of operating on a person, exposed organs, etc. However, a lot of the surgeries and medical operations are offscreen.
- When you see the operation in progress, it can be shocking for some people. It isn't too gross though.
- Lots of close up of surgeries. Close ups op cutting people open, open bone fractures, blood squirting etc.
- (This paragraphs long but worth reading) I haven't seen all the show yet, but season 1 has had some quite graphic moments such as seeing a spleen out of somebody's body, a lot of abcesses, a burn victim, a big chunk of skin out of someone's leg (quite hard to notice), a bullet hole, a swolen neck (extremely swolen) exploded abcess, and a decent amount more
