Adapted after Milan Kundera's "Hitchhiker fake", "I am me" is the story of an unbalanced couple. Paul (Tudor Chirila) and Mia (Madalina Ghitescu) leave for a long planned vacation, but on the way they decide to have a little fun, so they pretend to be two strangers, a driver and a hitchhiker. The game is just a means by which everyone expresses their frustrations about the partner, being "protected" by their new identity. Paul pushes things further when he abruptly departs from the planned route. It's the story of a game that destroys a relationship.
