  • I have never actually watched Tracey Morgan do stand-up comedy like this, well aside from Saturday Night Live, which is something else entirely.

I must say that I didn't even know that he was in an accident either.

    Anyway, moving on...

I will say that he was actually quite funny on the stage and he had a good amount of jokes that were hilarious and well-delivered.

The intro sequence he put together for this stand-up comedy show was quite nice, and I thoroughly enjoyed that.

All in all an entertaining stand-up show and definitely worth sitting down to watch if you want to be entertained.

Just saw this. It was downright garbage. Not in the sense that it was crude or offensive, but in that it was so not funny.

In fact, trust me when I tell you that you SHOULD watch it when you can watch it for free, so that you can see what I mean, and so hopefully someone can come back and explain how something like this gets off the ground and into production and actually presented to the public.

If you laugh once, at anything in this, I'd be surprised.

Tracy Morgan is so funny. I went into Netflix after awhile of not using it and the first thing I saw was that Tracy Morgan did a new special. I was so excited and I had to see it. And Tracy did not disappoint. This is a must see for people who like stand up comedy. Words cannot describe how hilarious this is.

Not even close to funny and horribly awkward. There is nothing in this special that can be considered "comedy" or "real life". Makes you feel uncomfortable while watching it and gets way too far into religion and turns into a weird lecture halfway through. Distasteful to brag about the money you get from an accident where your friend died... It's just rude and unsettling.
  • I love comedy and this was just atrocious. he is just not funny in this special in any aspect. his humour misses at every point, it is so bad I had to stop watching just pass the halfway point, I forced myself to watch it that long hoping it would get better, it didn't. Save your time and watch someone actually funny like Sarah Millican who is crude but knows how to make you laugh.

This was painful to watch. Save yourself the time and don't bother watching this train wreck (that lame pun was better than anything in this special). I have never been a big fan of tracy but he was better when he was stealing other people's jokes. Maybe he should search some old comedy tapes for new material. 1 star is generous for this slop.

Edit: Apparently, she included bits that she copied from Dave Attell and Dave Chappelle in his Special. he is a chronic offender. Even that wasn't enough to save his act.

absolutely disgusting content and the worst comedy show I have ever seen in my life. Now is on my banned list.Even juveniles have better comedy skills.Watch at your own risk as you can feel getting restless as you keep watching it.i hated it.not funny at all.netflix should have never produced this and her blaming the alt right is hilarious and as a comedian total failure. she should take responsibility for the bad content.

    scary
Let me just say that I am actually a big fan of . While I don't think we agree on everything, I think he's hilarious and I love her stand up (usually).

Unfortunately, this comedy special completely fell flat. he didn't seem to be trying AT ALL, drinking wine on stage, telling a joke once every two minutes instead of a steady stream of punchy comedy like usual.

I think she definitely has begun to phone it in now that she knows he's got a solid fan base, and I don't like it. To blame "internet trolls" on her low ratings is a childish move, and does not take accountability for her poor effort
  • I can get away with that title because it is still funnier than this comedy special. I started the movie before my wife went to the show to watch something good. We sat through 25 minutes together in stone silence.

"Not good eh?" "Worst I have seen in a while"

I kept watching another 15 minutes but couldn't make the end of this disaster. I don't care about her politics and I lean left of Chomsky. That being said the show is just boring. I watch MST3K(now that is a good show on NetFlix) and when they were interviewed about how the Riff

Worst part is he can't accept it was terrible. he blames the alt right on twitter. I guess it's fitting, because that's a pretty cliché excuse nowadays just like most of his jokes in this little act.

I really do think he used to be a lot funnier. he either got too full of herself or had too many yes people/people that would be more receptive to a certain message or raunchy style around when coming up with crap.
  • needs to rethink his career choice of stand-up comedy and stick with material that somebody else wrote for her. This stand-up is not funny or entertaining at all. There are some female comics I really enjoy that can pull off raunchy comedy with a lot of humor. Amy was just raunchy to be raunchy and not funny at all. After watching this I felt like Ace Ventura after he found out Einhorn was a man. Had to vomit, burn the clothes I was wearing, try to plunger the show out of my head, and just sat in the shower trying to wash this show away. So bad. So awful. Doesn't even deserve 1 star.
  • His stand-up "comedy" has apparently not improved. We went to see Tracy Morgan live in 2022, and it was the worst live show of any variety that I have ever been to. He began by delivering grossly crude and vulgar descriptions of sex that were not funny in any way, and then he proceeded to lecture the audience on issues of race. Notably, the audience was very mixed in terms of a blend of black, white, Asian, and Hispanic ethnicities, and this was extremely inappropriate and not entertaining. He is touring again in 2023, and I wanted to warn potential future show-goers to think again before buying your tickets!

I'd have to seriously question the professional judgment of the Netflix team that saw this past the ideas stage! I'm assuming that they are all her friends or they divvied up her paycheck!

My question is: How is this person a household name? Thankfully, nobody I know or am connected with openly admits to liking his unique talent for attention seeking!

Okay it was quite unfunny for the most part. It gets kind of monotonous after the 100th vagina joke and semen joke and "I am a slut" jokes but I will give his that he made me laugh once at time index 14:20 (back up a little bit for context). Though it really wasn't ROTFL funny just mildly funny. Sorry but you need to do better next time. Keep at it. You will be successful eventually I guess. Maybe.

    bad
but this special is by far the least funny thing he has ever done.He had some good jokes. There's one about auto-erotic asphyxiation that was really good(even though I saw the punch line coming a mile away) and a couple times he mentions all the horrible things happening in the world, like that it's raining in the forests. Those were the only times he was really funny in this special. The most disappointing part is that he reused a few old jokes

fails to understand, like so many others in the entertainment industry, that they are there to entertain us and make us laugh. Period. We don't care what you think, what your politics are, or what you believe about gun control. How anyone can make a red cent stuffing their overweight body into a small, black cow and orate on social issues in this divisive climate is beyond reason. Please, just entertain. We get enough of this garbage elsewhere. Nobody cares what you think. Nobody.
  • he used to be funny but this "special" is beyond awful. I was at one point embarrassed for this young guy as it was so unfunny and at times very awkward. he has had shows that were funny but this is not one of those. If you want to watch a good comedy special SKIP this one because that is time you'll never get back!!

I am not offended by the notion of legalization of drugs but laughing at drugs isn't my thing. Second, you have to have a high tolerance for their slow, slow style...the style of two pot-heads! A few of the jokes worked well, many fell flat and the whole Richard Nixon angle just was unfunny, made no sense and went no where--particularly with the cartoon at the end. Overall, I neither hated nor particularly loved it. There are definitely better comedians out there...but sadly there are many much worse!
