One of Dana Vespoli's better releases in recent years, this Sweetheart Video about sexy criminals is dramatically viable and very well acted.
Dana stars in the opening segment, set in a bare room where she plays a U. S. marshal (joking in the DVD's BTS that perhaps Tommy Lee Jones would be perfect for the role) looking after accused serial killer Gia Paige while waiting for a plane flight to transport them.
Gia does a fine job of goading Dana, accusing her of being a lesbian and generally trying to get her angry. A smooch succeeds in near-instant seduction, resulting in a strong sex scene that director Dana stages with Gia's handcuffs never removed throughout. A fun surprise ending is expertly inserted, and as she often does, Vespoli performs her sex scene with clothing covering her midriff rather than going fully nude.
Each of the four vignettes here plays nicely like a two-hander, one-act play, with very convincing acting performances, not just sex for its own sake. Two scenes take place within prison cells featuring cellmates.
One is shot entirely through the bars, with new inmate Blake Eden agreeing to the protection offered by Annie Cruz, in return for becoming her "bi*ch". The actresses make for a strong combination, and the underrated actress Cruz is solid as usual.
The cameras are located within the cell for a somber, and serious, highly romantic coupling of cellmates Riley Nixon and Brit Porn import Stella Cox. Both are in stir for murder, and both claim it was accidental, with Nixon despondent, comforted sexually by the divine beauty Stella. With her trademark short-short haircut (she could be playing a marine), Riley is great casting in butch mode, and the two offer refreshingly natural big, floppy boobs.
Final vignette offers some comic relief via campy performances by Elexis Monroe as a victim of home invasion by escaped con Rachel Madori, brandishing a gun. Their sex on a couch is erotic and Rachel's punk look with tattoos and exaggerated Mohawk haircut add to the fun. Elexis's patter in the BTS short subject is quite amusing, as the lesbian icon emphasizes her wish to be cast as a sub in a kinky BDSM scene, something she already enjoys in her private life.
