I honestly wish I could rate this in the negatives. What in the world were they thinking even creating this abomination?! Where on earth did this make any sense as they were putting rough drafts together? Castles that can transform into giant robots to do battle?! In ancient Japan?! The animation was dreadful, the action was equally dreadful and all of it was dwarfed by this abysmally dreadful story. They should have given kindergarteners crayons and construction paper and let their imaginations run wild. Whatever they could've come up with would have been Oscar material compared to this mess.

I'd rather get a root canal than sit through this mess again. Seriously, just skip it and pretend it doesn't exist.
