On Halloween night, a serial killer returns from the dead to take revenge on the vigilantes who put him to death one year earlier.
The surname Tramer is a reference to the character Ben Tramer who is mentioned in John Carpenter's 'Halloween' (1978) and then subsequently killed in Halloween II (1981).
When the gang shoots Cain, you can see blood when the bullets hit their target. However, afterwards, there are not bullet holes in Cain's clothes, nor is there blood on them.
