After his 16-year-old daughter goes missing, a desperate father breaks into her laptop to look for clues to find her.
The film took just 13 days to shoot. However, it took two years to make due to the prep, editing and animating.
I didn't know her. I didn't know my daughter.
The lake where Margot disappears is shown in many scenes to be in the San Jose/Santa Clara area. Yet, when showing a map of the route she would have taken to get there it shows her turning off Route 101 to Route 152 along Pacheco Pass Road. Clearly marked on the map is the city of Gilroy, which is about 35 miles south of San Jose.
