When I read about this documentary programme advertised, I recognised a couple of the things mentioned that would be included, and I had my guesses of what else may be included, so I was really looking forward to watching. Basically the show was a three hour collection of clips, focusing on the mostly negative moments on reality television shows, both unscripted and structured, featuring shows using social experiments, entertainment, competitions, families and friends interacting, relationships and dating, cooking, interior design and much more. These moments included incidents causing controversy, embarrassing incidents, shocking moments, stars and contestants going wrong, inappropriate material and much more, in Britain and/or around the world.

Reality TV going wrong included: I'm a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! with Gillian McKeith constantly voted to do trials, then she "faints" when voted to do the live trial; and Flavor of Love, starring Flavor Flav from Public Enemy, with a girl named "Something" defecating on the marble floor. Popular reality TV going wrong included: The Apprentice (Ireland) with a contestant hiring Michelle Heaton to help him unveil the new Ford Fiesta, but she trips up when helping him pull off the cover; The Big Reunion with 5th Story, a group manufactured of popular solo and former group artists, it almost falls apart during rehearsals when Kavana gets drunk and has an angry outburst; and Hell's Kitchen with former Coronation Street star Amanda Barrie getting tired, then gets angry at Gordon Ramsay and tries to punch him, she quit the show. More popular reality TV going wrong included: I'm a Celebrity with the 2003 celebrity campmates left waiting too long for their meal, then they revolt when they are given one sausage each; and Cheaters, the American show which sees private investigators uncovering infidelity, catching adulterers in the act and confronting them, host Joey Greco is stabbed by a cheating man and taken to hospital, but it was revealed to all be set up. Other popular reality TV going wrong included: Big Brother with housemate Kinga Karolczack masturbating with a wine bottle; and Celebrity Love Island with former Hollyoaks actor Lee Otway raging when Playboy model Colleen Shannon has not been honest about her true feelings towards him. There was also: Rica Famosa Latina (Rich Famous Latina), a Spanish scripted reality show, with Victoria del Rosal and Sandra Vidal have a scripted fight, it turns dangerously violent, with blood drawn and one woman taken to hospital, it went too far; I'm a Celebrity with Lady Colin Campbell being out of order with her campmates, in particular Tony Hadley and Duncan Bannatyne, she quit the show; and Ex on the Beach with cast member Che McSorley having her private sex tape leaked without her consent, she received loads of abuse from social media. They also showed: Love Island with Miss Great Britain beauty queen Zara Holland losing her title after her having sex with contestant Alex Bowen was aired on television; Celebrity Big Brother with Jade Goody using nasty language in arguments with Indian actress Shilpa Shetty, controversy spread around the world, including burning effigies, with accusations of racist bullying, Ofcom received over 44,000 complaints. Shocking reality TV included: Your Home in Their Hands, amateur designers doing house makeovers, Steve and June from Wilmslow, Cheshire are shocked by their makeover, the hallway is overloaded with pot plants, AstroTurf carpet and a fish tank window in the toilet, and a terrible bedroom; and There's Something About Miriam, the conclusion of the show sees the male winner receiving 10,000 pounds after wooing Mexican model Miriam, but the twist is that Miriam used to be a man, she has been exploited and the male contestants sued Sky for misleading them, but they agreed for the show to broadcast. It also included: I Wanna Marry "Harry", the reality show where American girls think they are wooing Prince Harry, he is actually a lookalike, then he reveals the truth, it is cringing and flopped in the ratings, and the relationship ended shortly after broadcasting; and What Happens in Sunny Beach, people getting drunk in Bulgaria, with "Nips" exploding a fire banger up his bum and going to hospital. Less remembered reality TV included: Touch the Truck, the endurance test to see people touching a truck as long as they can with no sleep and very few toilet breaks, it was boring, and the winner of the truck was an eco-campaigner who planned to sell the truck and run for a political election. Finally there was: Ready for Marriage, a show from Zambia about sex workers (former prostitutes) competing for votes to find a husband, you feel sorry for these women being taken advantage of.

I had my guesses what reality TV moments would be included, the bad ones, the funny ones and the awkward ones, I always enjoy the nostalgia seeing these moments again, but it was good to learn about those I did not know, and the serious stuff as well, overall it was an interesting and watchable documentary.
