Charlotte and Lizzie are on the bus heading out of Shanghai when Lizzie becomes very thirsty and asks for some water. Charlotte hands Lizzie a full bottle of water. Lizzie drinks the entire bottle, but when she asks for more Advil, she swallows the pills with the same bottle of water that is full again. Also, the pills (oblong, tan) are clearly not ibuprofen (round, brown).
In the music school, Anton asks Zhang Li to sing an "A sharp". Netflix translated it in the Portuguese subtitles as "Lá agudo" or something like "high A", which is not the correct translation.
Charlotte and Lizzie take a bus trip out of Shanghai and they head into a snowy, mountain wilderness. Lettering on the bus reads Shanghai - Tongli. Tongli is a tourist town on the outskirts of Shanghai. Also, in the movie, it's summer in Shanghai.
