    • Trivia
Upon its initial airing in France, the film was immediately followed by a debate about wrongful convictions, moderated by Julian Bugier and entitled "Accusés à tort: faut-il avoir peur de la justice?" ("Wrongfully accused: should we be afraid of the justice system?). The film's director, Yves Rénier, and its real life subject, Patrick Dils, were among the program's guests.

    Based on actual events
This TV movie is inspired from very actual events that occured one decade ago, where a poor young man was accused, put in jail for a child crime he did not commit. It is a rather good drama, rough, but it could have been better. The characterization is fine, directing too. French viewers already know this case which have been widely known over the years. This story is approved by the victim himself, Patrick Dils, which is not usual for such topics, often softened or changed for the audiences.
