A series of mysterious events change the life of a blind pianist who now must report a crime that was actually never witnessed by him.
After reading about 'Kaabil' (2017), another film about a blind man, when he was about to start writing, Raghavan stopped: "It would be a bit crazy to have two movies about visually impaired people". He later resumed the script, taking a different approach.
It's a long story.
When the cat steps on Casio piano keys, the sound of the chords do not match the keys pressed.
Closing credits read: "Thank You for the Music" and feature a montage of piano-playing characters from various Indian films.
The UK theatrical release was censored; in order to obtain a 12A classification the distributor opted to make 50 seconds of cuts: removing stronger moments of violence, bloody injury detail and the use of strong language. An uncut 15 classification was available.
