  • Light chill type of movie, the one that you watch just for time pass. Better than a lot of big budget comedy films like Singh is Bling, Welcome Back, etc.. It's nice to see that they didn't put any annoying/unnecessary song & kept the movie short.
  • It baffles me how director Akarsh Khurana can manage to release two films (the other being Karwaan) in a matter of three months and still hope to earn what he spent on them while trying to entertain people who end up watching an aspiring DJ (Sumeet Vyas) become one of the hostages in a flight hijacking situation that is as silly as it can get. TN.
  • #HighJack is amusing, but only in parts. Some morons try to highjack a flight. Its quite clear that they r not hardened offenders. But no one knows whats their demand. Do they want an autonomous country? A female is called 'ugly' because she looks like a male. There is a back story of an airline which is about to go bankrupt. Vyas is good as the stoned DJ. The lady seated next to him keeps touching him inappropriately. The boy next to him has the irritating habit of poking his nose where its not required. Running time should be reduced by 20 minutes. Rating 2.5/5.
  • An attempt at being funny. That's all this movie is.

Yes, the premise is rather funny, but the execution is poor, sadly.

What could have been a long sketch-type comedy has been taken too seriously by the director, leading to gaping holes in direction, screenplay, set accuracy and even continuity, at times.

But if you're a fan of Sumeet Vyas and Kumud Mishra for their work with TVF, give it a watch, because they're the best part of this production.

Not unbearable in any sense, just not to be taken seriously.

    Warning: Spoilers
If you have ever got high, this movie is totally relatable. The situational comedy is amazing. Few scenes like tripping on "change the FM music", death of cricketer we're amazingly executed. This is the third Bollywood film which made me laugh on someone's death after finding fanny and Karwaan.

Music is amazing(it's obvious when it's by NUCLEYA), lyrics we're funny too.

I regret not watching this movie in theatre. More such movies must be motivated. I don't understand why the reviews are bad on this. Maybe only stoners could relate to it.
  • The best movie of 2018. Missed watching this in theater. Real trippy. The last trippiest movies for me were DevD & Shaitan.
