Although it is understood that it is a drama, frankly speaking, the story is "too dramatic" that it is difficult to believe. Unlike other hospital related drama, this one is not focus on different types of illness. The treatment process is not in details and clearly not realistic enough. The whole story focus more on the unrealistic competition between two hospitals and two professors. All doctors are appeared as not professional in this story.
