This is not the correct protocol in Spain: The word "Don" must be always followed by the first name ("Don Narciso" or, in an introduction, "Don Narciso Crudo"); and the address with the surname is with the word "Señor" ("Señor Crudo"). Ratoncito Pérez is however correctly addressed as "Señor Pérez".
