Shahaduz Zaman a favorite author, Tauquir a favorite director (though he didn't direct this movie), Mosharraf Karim a favorite actor- so I closed my eyes to watch this beautiful piece. I am awestruck. I saw Mosharraf Karim's appearance, wearing a cheap cheque blazer that is popular among the lower middle class of Bangladesh and I could smell Bangladesh and then I knew it- this is gonna be the movie.
Into a few minutes of the movie and I was wondering about the classes of humans that are not created biologically rather by economy.
I could totally feel the ambience of the launch, 'Komola Rocket'. There are the first class cabins reserved for upper class people, who can't but mention to strangers that they are members of Dhaka club, (I remember a neighbor aunty who would force me to have meals at her home, only to announce her membership of whatsoever ladies club). Then there are passengers who changed their fortune first with a secured job, then with a 'forsha' wife. Next comes the people who are doing their best to be acquaintances of the above two classes, looking for chances to earn some lump sum out of it. Lastly comes the day to day class, they are many in number, hence fighting the most to stay ahead in an ever increasing line of people who are jostling to climb up the class ladder. Like the blind-folded person in the circus that was shown in the movie, they lead their life knowing the fact that knives with flame will slide by their sides, but they stay still until one hits them. Life is more or less a fire game...
The characters, situations shown in this movie can't be more authentic than they were. This is true Bangladesh, this is the true survival climax of an ever increasing population. Mosharraf Karim, Joyraaj and Tauquir performed so seamlessly representing three classes of our society. The directing amazed me as well. Noor Alam Mithu starred in Pipra Bidya and I haven't seen him for long after then. It was so good to see him directing a class movie. Sorry to bring class, but if we gonna classify everything, movies should come first before people :D.

The story and screenplay was just awesome, Mosarof Karim was brilliant. Frankly speaking the movie was beyond expectation
This was based on 2 award winning short stories. I haven't read either...but it seems like it was heavily based on one with a sprinkling of the other. As a result, it committed to neither story...many plot threads went nowhere and I was left with no satisfying ending.
I would honestly rate this movie an 8 out of 10 as a Bangladeshi movie. I gave 10 out of 10 to motivate the director.
This movie is better than many Bangladeshi movies. Mr. Taukir Ahmed's acting was very good. There were many side stories which did not have any end. Perhaps, the movie creators just wanted to show real life scenario through those stories. The movie was good. However, there was no tension (not much). The frequency of the movie was little bit flat. By the way, I am comparing this movie with any master piece Bengali movie, like 'Monpura' (in my view). The ending of Komola Rocket was okay, but it did not leave any thought for the audience to calculate after the movie. Mr. Taukir Ahmed's 'Aggatanama' was a pretty plain story but it had better spice and there were tension.
In conclusion, I would say, It was a very good movie, just a little far from being a masterpiece. I would request the director to make more movies like this or, better than this.

Komola Rocket is the name of a launch. Just like every day, people of different occupations get up in the rocket. Today they are among the high class Atiq Sahib. There are more lower class mockbooks, as well as the body of a mother of her five-year-old child! There are elite families and modern lovers. Some of the dreams of the middle class ignited the light of the lamp, the sex trade, and the stories of many more people, including the poets and poets. Orange Rocket is a movie where we see people of all walks of life in a row in order to survive. I can see the inner state of these people. How much joy, emotion, maya, sorrow, fear, hardship inside a launch has erupted in these 3 hours and 5 minutes. Each character touches the mind. The movie won the award for "Best Anointed Director" at Jaffna International Film Festival. Apart from 'Goa International Film Festival', '8th Chennai International Film Festival' and 8 th Third Eye Asian Film Festival.
I can't write reviews. So I could say no more. However, as a movie lover I should not leave such a fascinating movie made by my own country. So sit down and wear a jan Komola Rocket.
