| Intriguing

Starts off pretty straightforward, but then the plot thickens... and you're hooked. Some of the adaptations of Stephen King's stories end up atrocious messes, but this one has real potential! Sublime acting.

If only HBO would release the entire series at once. I hate waiting for new episodes. ;)

The two main characters in this series, Ralph Anderson and Holly Gibney, both of whom are meant to be understood as Americans, are both played by non-Americans: Ben Mendelsohn (who is from Australia) and Cynthia Erivo (from England) respectively. Additionally, both of the actors who play the Bolton brothers, Paddy Considine (Clyde Bolton) and Max Beesley (Seale Bolton) are from England.
