    Anticlimactic ending, what a waste

I have watched this show since episode 1 and I got hooked eversince. I waited eagerly for each new episode, and the show maintained a good pace and an interesting plot till the ninth episode, which was a great cliffhanger. I really wanted the finale to be good, I truly did. However, it was not. I am not gonna spoil anything, but the whole show was destroyed due to this anticlimactic run-of-the-mill ending. I believe that the reason behind this ending is purely for profits sake. HBO saw that the ratings for this show were much higher than excpected and decided to make a second season instead of wrapping up the whole story in one single season like they originally planned. That's why I believe that the post-credits scene (which was a cheap Hollywood-inspired this-is-not-over-yet kinda of ending) was shot at a later date than the rest of the show.

Damn you HBO, you could have given the world another Chernobyl, but instead you gave us another GOT.

    Disappointing

Great buildup along the series to basically nothing.

    Best watched in Fast Forward

I found this episode to be padded out with long unnecessary scenes, much like the last 4 or 5. This could have been a brilliant 5 episode series, jam packed with action & leaving you wanting more. Instead it was dragged out over 10, leaving you frustrated & wanting to be put out of your misery. I watched this one with my finger on the >> button on the remote. *sighs....

    Why the drag!

Great story with great performance and product quality but all got spoiled at the very end...the starting was awesome but the makers drag and drag to make it a 10 episode series..it spoiled the whole recipe at the end

Foolish ending to a halfway decent series.

First of all this shouldve been six episodes at most. The padding and repetitive sequences get tiresome. The ending firefight was absolutely ludicrous. Ben Mendelssohn is best part of it.
