  • Everyone is worried about when computers take over. That time is here. This is the cookie cutterest cookie cutter of check the boxes movies. This was written and directed by a midrange mediocre SO. It was filmed by computers, the sound and music is off the shelf. The acting could be holograms. Even the set design is straight out of a catalog. There is nothing that's not painfully generic about this. It's a brave new world, people. A world run by lazy boring artificial intelligence of the most mediocre kind.

    Warning: Spoilers
The movie name is listed here as fear bay, but the real name is killer cove. The end of the movie is open and still no one knows who is the bad guy Not the husband, not Tony, but someone else killed the stalker at the end of the movie and followed the girls and I can not even guess who is he except the police guy himself!!
  • After 30 minutes I gave up. Shouldn't have waited that long. The script was dumb. The directing was absent. Netflix had it as 5/5. I got snookered.
  • Lost interest after the first scene. I could've filmed it better with my iPhone.

Incredibly stupid movie. Stupid story, abysmal acting. Shame on you Netflix
  • It did keep you guessing on who the bad guy is. Adding a twist even at the very end. Not sure why but it was listed as "Killer Cove", not "Fear Bay".
  • The acting is beyond terrible! I would rather watch soccer players fake flop all over the place than this terrible crap. The main actor sounds like he's trying to be Steven Seagal. But don't get me wrong it's not just the acting, the plot is terrible, the camera work is terrible, everything is terrible.

I saw this titled as "Fear Cove" in an article of underrated thrillers on Netflix. Wow. The first thing you notice is the acting. The protagonist is introduced to us with acting that would make a high school theatre club director cringe. it doesn't get better. By anyone. The acting is laugh out loud bad. The story is weird and creepy but the charecters and their stupidity make this unwatchable. For instance - the main character is being stalked, she goes to the police, hires a private eye (actually the line "private eye candy" by the best friend was clever), Is being tormented by her ex husband and when she gets home from work not only is her front door unlocked, when she goes in she doesn't lock it behind her. Give me cheesy B flicks all day but I am sorry I watched this one. Tak a pass.

"Killer Cove" is a pretty good Lifetime style thriller. It has a great setting and a likeable cast. It throws a few curves at you which is fine. I'm not sure I'd pay "Killer Cove" another visit but I kind of enjoyed watching it .
  • I would rather watch an episode of Scandal, that's how bad this is. the acting is horrible, there really isn't much of a story to it. Did I mention the acting is bad? Like really really bad. Like I don't think I've ever seen acting this bad before.

Movies about stalkers make everyone on edge - including this one with plot twists. Also, the films alias is entitled "Killer Cove". What's up with that??

A stalker movie. Definitely not the best I seen but not the worse. The movie keeps you wondering til the end about the identity of the stalker.
  • Warning: Spoilers
Think most of the actors were homeless people. couldn't even stand to look at ths star villian who looked like he was wearing a home made wig and backwards.

leading lady rushes to rescue her friend in an old factory. seen walking away from hher house but gets there and gets out from the back seat. no clue as to who drives her and no explanation for it

Poor writing, acting, and plot. Nothing redeeming about it. Don't waste your time.
  • Horrible acting. It's a disaster. Don't waste your time on this.
  • Not the best acting. This movie is very cheesy. Enjoy!😀
  • Wow, I don't know where to begin. I'd start with the acting but unfortunately there was none. The plot was obvious from the first 6 minutes. Normally when a movie is this poor I can laugh along at it, alas, this one fell below that grade.

As for how it portrays women as weak, pathetic and brainless individuals......my advice to the writers, producers and directors of this "movie" would be to go out and seek some real human contact and interaction, then you might learn a thing or two.

Like an LMN movie, which I love. So worth watching.
  • The lifeless mystery drama "Fear Bay" is scarcely standard Lifetime TV flick fare. A modicum of extra credit for a cast that is pleasing on the peepers and a more ominous au revoir than this type of tripe typically trots out.

***Rebranded as "Killer Cove". It still stinks.

I acc really liked it. I thought the plot was interesting and kinda hoped for a second movie!

It was a pretty good little movie, acting was sketchy but there was a clear and concise ending. Pretty suspect if the ex throughout but the deeper reasoning was completely out of left field. The setting was worth watching it all the way through.

Terrible movie. Couldn't finish it. First of all the script is so dumb. They have the main character do little to nothing to defend herself from her stalker, then meets a guy who claims to be a PI. Never checks his credentials or work. Is more interested in his looks than all that. Then when the supposed PI finds the stalker and beats him up, he tells the girl not to call police. The girl listens. I'm also tired of these houses in movies not having curtains! Baby you're being followed, why sit in plain sight in your window for everyone to see. Terrible movie bruh lmaoooo.

    Eesh.
If you're interested in the worst acting you've seen since that time you accidentally watched a full length movie made by teenagers on an iPhone, I highly recommend this piece of trash.

The idea was good and certainly had potential of a great movie but what a badly put together movie. An amateur screenplay. Netflix should aim higher
