Back in the 1950s and ’60s, actors were regularly introduced as “star of stage, screen, and television,” but these days there are precious few film or TV stars willing to take that scary leap to the stage. One who has and has been amply awarded in all three venues is Colman Domingo, who began his stage career at Joseph Papp‘s New York Shakespeare Festival and moved eventually to Broadway, where he has earned two Tony Award nominations, for acting and producing.
Domingo then turned to television, guesting on multiple Law and Order episodes — a must for any New York actor’s résumé. Domingo then landed a successful series gig, with a seven-season stint on Fear the Walking Dead, which led to HBO’s hit Euphoria, for which he earned a 2022 Primetime Emmy Award as a guest actor.

Zendaya Obsessed with Beyoncé’s Song (Photo Credit – Instagram)
Zendaya’s obsession with Beyoncé hit an all-time high during the filming of Challengers. According to her co-star Josh O’Connor, the Euphoria star couldn’t be reached — emotionally or otherwise — when Beyoncé’s new track dropped. “No one could talk to Z,” O’Connor spilled during a joint interview with V Man. “We didn’t engage that entire day. You were listening to that song every second.”
Zendaya didn’t even deny it. She jumped in, adding that it was the last day of shooting in Boston. “She gave us a good song to give us our farewell,” she said, clearly still reliving the moment.
While Zendaya was deep in her Beyoncé bubble, she also worked on the court. In Challengers, Zendaya plays Tashi, a tennis pro turned coach, juggling her husband Art’s (Mike Faist) struggling career and a heated...

Besides plenty of hit songs, Drake has established himself as one of the wealthiest rappers in the game. Despite some feuds, Drake’s net worth is certainly not something to diss.
While most people think of Drake (whose real name is Aubrey Graham) for his countless hits, the rapper has been in the public eye for most of his life.
Drake began his career as an actor, and he’s still remembered by many Degrassi fans for his portrayal of Jimmy on the teen drama. In the late aughts, the actor made the transition to music, and he’s become a global superstar.
Since pivoting to music, many of his records have been regarded as classics, like Thank Me Later and If You’re Reading This, It’s Too Late. Throughout his career, Drake has broken and set streaming and Billboard records.

Zendaya is nothing like Rue Bennett in her life. She never lit a smoke in her life and completely avoided any alcoholic beverages as part of her vegetarian diet. It made her Malcolm & Marie co-star John David Washington extremely insecure, not necessarily because of her clean lifestyle. He had only watched the Dune actress in Euphoria prior to their collaboration.

Tom Holland and Zendaya have had one of the most iconic power couple relationships in the entertainment industry, with both of them not only growing and glowing together but also empowering each other to be the best version of themselves. Ridley Scott revealed in a new interview with GQ magazine that his planned Bee Gees biopic at Paramount Pictures was set aside following some deal issues with the studio. Variety reported in February 2024 that Scott had boarded the movie, which GQ reports “was scheduled to begin shooting in early 2025” but has now hit a roadblock.
“The deal — the studio changed the goalposts,” Scott told the publication. “I said, ‘You can’t do that.’ They insisted. I said, ‘Well, I’m going to warn you, I will walk, because I will go on to the next movie.’ They didn’t believe me, and I did.”
Scott added that he expects to find common ground with Paramount on the deal and for the project to move forward sometime around September. In the meantime, the director has subbed in the post-apocalyptic thriller “The Dog Stars” for 20th Century as his next project to shoot in April.

Robert De Niro pulls double duty for his latest crime drama in the trailer for The Alto Knights, a new film from director Barry Levinson focusing on the story of the real-life gangsters Vito Genovese (De Niro) and Frank Costello (De Niro).
Goodfellas screenwriter and Oscar nominee Nicholas Pileggi wrote the script for The Alto Knights, which stars Robert De Niro as Vito Genovese and Frank Costello, two Italian Americans who head two New York-based crime families in the mid-20th century. Reports about their reign show that in 1957, Genovese tried to assassinate Costello, resulting in Costello exiting the mob to recover from his injuries and distance himself from “the life.”
In the Alto Knights trailer, Vito Genovese does not approve of how Frank Costello runs his family. Genovese says Costello is fooling himself if he thinks he can present himself as an upstanding citizen while running a shadowy organization behind closed doors.

Did Keanu Reeves endanger a crew member in John Wick 4? ( Photo Credit – Instagram )
Keanu Reeves, who’s basically Hollywood’s nicest guy, found himself in a major on-set accident, all while shooting one of the wildest action movies ever.
The film, packed with insane car chases, nunchucks, and just about every type of action you could imagine, took a physical toll on everyone involved. But Reeves kept his cool, despite the chaos. “Everyone is pretty tired—but it’s the best kind of tired,” Keanu said. “It’s like you climbed a mountain now you’re resting.” Sure, Keanu, but let’s get back to that head-cutting bit.
Reeves confessed, “I made a mistake once—I cut a gentleman’s head open.” No big deal, right? Yikes. But that wasn’t the only mishap. One poor soul actually got hit by a car. “He was in the car, so...

Keanu Reeves as Neo in The Matrix ( Photo Credit – Flickr )
Hold up, Keanu Reeves has just dethroned everyone else in Hollywood. We’re talking about the actor who’s raked in more money from a single franchise than anyone in history. No, not Tom Cruise. Not Will Smith. Keanu. The Matrix franchise has stacked those zeros for him, coming in at a jaw-dropping $156M.
So, how did Keanu level up in the earnings game? It all started with The Matrix (1999). The flick flipped the sci-fi world upside down, with Keanu playing Neo. With a modest $63M budget, the movie blew up with a massive $467.2M at the box office. But it wasn’t just the revolutionary special effects or mind-bending plot that made waves—it was Keanu’s paycheck.

By 2023, Zendaya wasn’t just in Euphoria—she was the heart and soul of it, pulling in a cool million per episode for season three. That’s right. A cool million. Per episode.
But Zendaya’s glow-up wasn’t built in a day. Back in 2010, she kicked things off on Shake It Up alongside Bella Thorne. That wasn’t just a gig; it was her launchpad to Disney domination. She didn’t stop there—roles in Frenemies and Zapped kept the checks rolling in. And then came K.C. Undercover, where she reportedly earned $200,000 per season. Not bad for someone who started out on Kidz Bop albums, right?
While teens stressed over high school, 16-year-old Zendaya rocked Dancing With the Stars in 2013. Second place? No biggie—she cashed $200K, including a $125K bonus.

The third season of HBO’s hit controversial show Euphoria has been delayed due to a bevy of reasons, but HBO boss Casey Bloys said last month that the series should commence very soon. “We are shooting Euphoria,” Bloys said. “I think we have a start date, mid to late January. Nothing’s changed. Somebody said something online, and then this whole thing started. We are shooting the season. I have read the scripts. We’re happy. We’re moving ahead. All of the actors are in the show.“
Very little is known about this season. Apparently, even one of the show’s breakout stars, Colman Domingo, hasn’t yet seen a script, but he has been hyped about returning ever since discussing it with the series creator, who is coming off of the equally controversial HBO series The Idol. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Domingo appeared on an episode of the U.

The world is Jacob Elordi’s oyster after crushing his role as Felix Catton in Emerald Fennell’s sexy and psychotic thriller Saltburn and lining up projects like Guillermo del Toro’s Frankenstein, new episodes of Euphoria, and reteaming with Fennell for her adaptation of Wuthering Heights. Unafraid to pile his plate high with promising parts, Jacob Elordi is in talks to join the cast of Ridley Scott’s pandemic thriller The Dog Stars.
The Dog Stars hails from 20th Century Studios and is based on the 2012 novel by Peter Heller. Initially, Scott was reteaming with Gladiator II star Paul Mescal for The God Stars, but scheduling conflicts with his part in Sam Mendes’ Beatles anthology kept him from participating. Sources say Mescal plays Paul McCartney in Mendes’ upcoming film, making him essential to the project.

Jacob Elordi just might be making his Ridley Scott debut: The actor is in talks to be replacing Paul Mescal in Scott’s post-apocalyptic thriller “The Dog Stars,” based on Peter Heller’s 2012 novel.
Mescal was originally set to have a “Gladiator II” reunion with director Scott for “The Dog Stars,” however, he had to exit after his casting as Paul McCartney in Sam Mendes’ four-part Beatles biopic. Yet now Elordi is expected to take his place. Variety first reported the casting negotiations. IndieWire has reached out to representatives for comment.
“The Dog Stars” centers on a pilot named Hig (Elordi) who befriends an ex-Marine gunman while battling a band of scavengers called Reapers. The story is set in a post-apocalyptic world where an unnamed pandemic has decimated American society.

Ridley Scott’s thriller feature The Dog Stars has found a new leading man.
Jacob Elordi is in early negotiations to replace Paul Mescal, who had been previously set to star in the 20th Century Studios movie. Mark L. Smith wrote the script, adapting Peter Heller’s 2012 apocalyptic novel of the same name.
The Dog Stars centers on a civilian pilot living on an abandoned airbase with his dog and an ex-Marine amid a devastating pandemic. A random transmission picked up by the pilot’s radio from his 1956 Cessna offers hope for a better life.
Smith and Cliff Roberts serve as producers on the film that hails from Scott’s Scott Free banner.

Jacob Elordi is in early talks to lead The Dog Stars, Ridley Scott’s post-apocalyptic thriller for 20th Century Studios, based on the 2012 novel by Peter Heller, Deadline can confirm.
Elordi looks to step in for Scott’s Gladiator II star, Paul Mescal, who was forced to depart due to scheduling conflicts after being tapped to star in Sam Mendes’ Beatles anthology, where he’s rumored to be playing Paul McCartney. Scott first hinted at the possibility of Mescal’s exit in a December conversation with filmmaker Christopher Nolan on Gladiator II.
Set in a near future where an unnamed pandemic has decimated American society, The Dog Stars will have Elordi playing Hig, a civilian pilot living a lonely life on an abandoned Colorado airbase with his dog and a tough ex-marine. The two men couldn’t be more mismatched but depend on each other to fend off roaming invaders.

The future is looking brighter again.
Jacob Elordi is in early negotiations to star in Ridley Scott‘s post-apocalyptic thriller “The Dog Stars” for 20th Century, replacing Paul Mescal, who ran into scheduling issues. Tom Holland and Zendaya are headed down the aisle.
TMZ confirmed via sources on Monday morning that the longtime couple is engaged, this after Zendaya stepped out at Sunday night’s Golden Globes wearing a diamond sparkler on her ring finger. While she always turns heads on red carpets, the choice of accessory fed the rumor mill within minutes of her touching down outside The Beverly Hilton in Beverly Hills. Eagle-eyed fans and fashion insiders noted that the bling was not Bulgari, which she is contractually obligated to wear as a longtime ambassador of the luxury house.

If there’s one thing the 2025 Golden Globe Awards proved right off the bat, it’s that the night was in for an unforgettable ride—thanks to the host, Nikki Glaser. This year, the 2025 Golden Globes needed a solid opener after the lackluster performance of Jo Koy the previous year, and Glaser didn’t disappoint. Armed with her brand of unapologetic humor, she delivered a monologue packed with one-liners and playful jabs that had the audience—along with millions watching at home—laughing out loud.

With her gloves officially off, she had the crowd in stitches—and no one, not even the brightest stars, was safe from her biting humor. But one moment stood out, grabbing headlines and leaving audiences in anticipation for more: Zendaya, the effortlessly cool star of Euphoria and Spider-Man, became the target of Glaser’s razor-sharp humor.

It’s clear Hollywood stylists worked through the holiday season, securing an abundance of high style in time for Jan. 5, from haute-couture gowns to bespoke suits and veritable piles of diamonds and status watches, all to ensure stars achieved maximum glamour at the 2025 Golden Globes.
Indeed, “glamour” was the word of the night, especially among actresses who embraced an old-Hollywood vibe, in looks that distinctly channeled 1950s or ’60s style, evoking the likes of Grace Kelly in High Society, Audrey Hepburn in Charade or Faye Dunaway in The Thomas Crown Affair. From hair and makeup to jewelry, the addition of evening gloves and exquisite satin gowns — some indeed taking their cues from archival designs — the women’s style at this year’s Globes felt equal parts captivating and sophisticated. When Wicked director Jon M. Chu accepted his award for cinematic and box office achievement, he mentioned the work of everyone...

It’s never a challenge for Zendaya to get attention, especially on a red carpet or during an award show.
The Challengers star got plenty on Sunday night at the Golden Globe Awards at the Beverly Hilton where the veteran star celebrated a nomination for best performance by a female actor in a motion picture musical or comedy. Making her first showing at the Globes since 2016, Zendaya had quite the night.
After turning heads with a show stopping custom look by Louis Vuitton paired with Bulgari gems (as always styled by Law Roach), the 28-year-old Emmy Award winner made her way inside the Beverly Hilton ballroom where The Hollywood Reporter spotted her catching up with her Euphoria cast mate and good friend, Colman Domingo, a fellow Globes nominee for his work in Sing Sing. In another candid moment, she said hello to Adam Sandler before the first award was handed out.

Lily-Rose Depp will always have Sam Levinson‘s back.
The actress is continuing to defend The Idol co-creator after he received backlash in 2023 for the controversial HBO series, which saw Depp play Jocelyn, opposite Abel “The Weeknd” Tesfaye’s Tedros. Levinson also created Euphoria, starring Zendaya.
“I think the thing that sucked about that was to have people talking shit about Sam [Levinson], who is a great friend of mine and somebody that I consider family,” she recently told host Josh Horowitz on the Happy Sad Confused podcast. “I’m super close with him and Ashley [Levinson] — his wife who’s a producer on the show — and they are such wonderful people, so incredible, so kind, and really kind of took me under their wing in a way.”
The Nosferatu star continued, “The only thing that was upsetting about that whole time period was people talking negatively about [Sam] because the things that they said about him,...

Not everyone can win in a contest. As for the long-running ballroom competition Dancing With The Stars, only one contestant walks away with the Mirrorball Trophy.
Over the course of 33 seasons, there have been many runner-ups that viewers felt deserved the trophy more than the winning participants. Most notably, Bobby Bones’ win over Milo Manheim in Season 27.
But in a new interview, one runner-up admitted they still felt a little angry over their own loss. See what they had to say.
Many DWTS Fans Wanted Zendaya To Win Season 16 Over Kellie Pickler
Today, 28-year-old Zendaya Coleman is a world-renowned star of stage and screen. But back in 2013, she was really only known by Disney Channel watchers. The then 16-year-old joined the cast of Dancing With The Stars and easily made it to the finale. However, it wasn’t always a fun experience behind the scenes.

It’s been over 10 years since Zendaya appeared on Dancing With the Stars, but losing the season still seems to sting.
The award-nominated actress appeared in Season 16 of the popular dance competition show, with professional dancer Valentin Chmerkovskiy helping her reach the finals.
He did the same alongside actress Kelly Monaco in the previous season, finishing third overall.
Zendaya and Val seemed destined to win the show’s coveted trophy in Season 16, but the host ultimately announced them as the runner-up pair.
The finale revealed that country singer Kellie Pickler and pro dancer Derek Hough were the best of the group.
While that happened a while ago, it kept Zendaya from watching the show because she continued “harboring a little animosity” about her loss.

Zendaya still has “a little animosity” about losing the “Dancing With the Stars” Mirrorball Trophy to singer Kellie Pickler in 2013.
The “Challengers” star told W magazine that, in retrospect, she wished she’d been less stressed about the competition and enjoyed the experience more.
“Listen, I’m still harboring a little animosity about that,” she told the magazine. “I felt that loss. I was only 16 years old, and it was highly stressful.”
She added, “Being on live television every week? It’s so scary. I took it very seriously, which, in retrospect, I wish I didn’t. I wish I’d enjoyed it a little bit more and just was like, ‘Eh, whatever.’ You know what I mean? But I was stressing myself out. I really went through it on that.”
