This is dire. The acting, the sister and the randomness. When you think it can't get lower it does. However I enjoyed it.

The movie between the two main characters which were married, is good chemistry. However, the lowbrow relief comedy by the sister is uncomfortable and destroys the film. Farting in a dressing room and Pickering her nose at a traffic light, were misplaced and disgusting lowbrow humor. Remove the sister from the movie or replace all her lines and this could of been a winner, instead it was a real B movie.

If you can ride out the first 30 minutes, it'll get better.
Won't win any Oscars, but the actors show promise.

I've seen some bad movies in my time but I always have to finish them to see how it ends. This movie is so bad I didn't even want to see the ending. The acting is rubbish, the sister is disgusting and not funny at all. It's just cheap and rubbish in my opinion and painful to watch.

I can't blame the film on the main duo; their acting is fair. What is absolutely horrible is the writing! Has this writer ever had a real conversation with a woman because this script makes me doubt it. The male protagonist's sister is such a badly written character she should have been left on the cutting room floor. The woman's acting is not good, but I put the major fault on the writing. I did finish the film because like a bad car crash, you just have to watch. But don't start this film and it will be safer for you.

I thought the lead actors were excellent. Once they were on their road trip, the script got much better. The lower rating is due to the obnoxious scenes centered around the sister. Anderson Davis did an excellent job. Would like to see him in future full length movies.
Thus was a decent story , but the female lead was just not likeable enough to sell the part.
The characters just didn't match or flow together.
The male lead needed a stronger actor and more compatible female actor to make the story believable.

This film reminded me of Random Harvest with a modem take.
This is the best kind of romantic comedy, with a suffering heroine who gets her man.
Don't give up on the film in the first few minutes. As it gets going it really comes together in a nice way.
The male lead is good at physical comedy.
This movie has to many close ups for my taste but it has more depth than most Hallmark Channel movies that have a much larger budget.
I highly recommend this movie.
I din't expect much from this when I first started watching it. Sara Ball is far too cutesy almost like a teen. Meg Cashel is too riveting by far as the kooky but lovable sister, and Anderson Davies is far too handsome and clean cut to have any depth.
As the film progressed it leaked corny and oozed cheesy and yet the great dialogue and the intense chemistry between Ball and Anderson kept me watching.
The score was amazing because it did not overwhelm like most recent films, the story was about the people and what they had to say and not about loud music playing.
The direction and editing was excellent so the film played out smoothly and exactly as you'd expect it to, keeping a fast pace but without missing anything out.
At the end it actually moved me to tears by the sheer force and excellence of the acting in the final scenes.
All in all a beautiful film, beautifully done and left me with a beautiful feeling.

This is a well made "chick-flick" romance drama! It's a plot that may be familiar to some which is welcome. One of the biggest strengths of this film is it's acting which was stellar.

This movie is heart wrenching but mixes in my kind of silly humor. Not your typical rom com that sticks to a predetermined formula for success but rather breaks the rules and grounds itself in reality. Life (and love) is messy and I appreciate when filmmakers showcase the good, bad and ugly. Watch and enjoy!
