Wow, this really caught me off card and almost made my eyes rain while at work.

Really inspiring story about the zeal of a whole community trying to pick up the pieces and coming together after the war.

Its a smooth telled story about the magnetic leader Piaggio who managed to create something with his workers almost out of nothing.

Amazing acting and believable dynamic from the for me completely new cast.
  • It shows how the most famous Italian motorcycle was born. I enjoyed every minute of the typical 50ies look and how the resurrection after the bombarded factory went on. An important piece of Italians history after the Second World War. 7/10.
  • One can see from the movie, birth of vespa, how enrico piaggio fought for the success, how enrico loved etc. But the story/fiction would be stronger, I would like to watch more war links and more vespa production details..
  • Great movie - easy to watch!

Very smooth - perfect length and very pleasant and inspiring to see!
  • I love Vespa so much but I didn't know his story.

The movie is well done and caught me off.

Good actors and the director did real goog job.

    Wonderful surprise!

    Ciao VESPA.
  • I have been caught off guard!

If you are a fan of Vacanze Romane you will love this movie!

I wept, of sorrow and most importantly of happiness!

    Truly wonderful and WHOLESOME!

Watch it and you will feel like there is still beauty to be enjoyed in the world!
  • This movie is a showcase of how great Enrico is and his love life. In my opinion this movie had so much more potential when they made it more technical like for example Ford vs Ferrari. I miss the juicy details of how they engineered the scooter and how they overcome obstacles.

If you already watched this movie, I am sorry that our warning did not reach you earlier. It is what it is: a weepy in TV quality, promising to tell a true story but giving you mostly fiction in the end. At least we had a fun time laughing about the silly lines. The screenwriter is probably the one to blame, no actor in the world could have fixed this. If you like weird kissing scenes that make you feel uncomfortable, give it a shot.
