One of porn's (and apparently mirrored in real-life by kinksters) oddest genres, leaving out such NonSex activities as cigarette-smoking and sniffing at muffins or other freshly baked goods, is the Medical Instruments/Examination fetish. DiSanto takes on this topic in an interesting, if routine for the initiated, DVD made for Harmony Films. It is interesting to note that Harmony released several sequels made by him, but produced instead by his home company Killergram.

The idea is to have variety within a constricted framework, so the seven sex scenes involve various forbidden activities executed while wearing fetish-gear and latex costumes. The fault with this genre is that it strays far from eroticism (and romance) into the gross-out arena, unfortunately so popular in the Gonzo age we live in.

First segment starring Bridie James in her nurse-costume is sheer exhibitionism, getting started with her using a banana as a dildo, hardly germane to the Sex Clinic premise. Use of gynecologist's stirrups and exam poses later on in the show are more in line with the audience's expectations.

Of theparade of gals recruited here, the inimitable Keira Farrell, whose Pirate/Private fetish videos are classics, reliably performs in an uninhibited match with The Shaft, that underground British Black porn icon who normally works over at DiSanto's Killergram headquarters.He wears a black stocking mask over his head, keeping his facial identity incognito as usual (though of course is dick is immediately recognizable).

Several busty gals are on the payroll, chief among them Victoria Brown. The vignettes are mindless and free of story or characterization, limiting this DVD to the gonzo trade.
