I love all GBBO episodes but this one had to get a review because I absolutely love the chocolate mold with hot sauce Show Stopper Challenge. It was awesome. I've never seen one of these in the US and it was so cool. Great show and episode!

The bakers must create a cracking meringue Signature, a wobbly Technical, and a complex chocolate Showstopper that promises to reveal all.
