Jim Powers brings decades of Adult Cinema expertise to this Oiler exercise involving trans-females for his newish label Gender X, and the result is mighty impressive. Over 3 hours with these 4 gender-bending beauties is very, very arousing.
Much of Powers' thousand-plus videos consists of gonzo junk, as he ground out many a Max Hardcore-influenced gross-out session back in the VHS era of the '90s. But he rises to the occasion here with a surprisingly respectful treatment of the currently popular TS theme, married with the almost automatic turn-on of a shiny skinned rubdown session.
I think Jim's secret here is not only respecting the dignity of the trans-females, rather than treating them like freaks as pornographers, Joey Silvera most successful among them are wont to do, but also respecting the format and pacing of massage porn. (Exception is female directors, like Nica Noelle and Dana Vespoli, who put the ladies on a pedestal.)
Cut to the chase is the most recent trend in the Oiler genre, as Barrett Blade and to a lesser extent Alan, both working for producer Bree Mills, downplay the careful build-up of sexual tension and move too quickly from the rubdown tease of a session with masseur or masseuse in order to get on with the XXX content. This is the drawback of most 21st Century porn, throwing out the baby (story development/characters) in favor of wall-to-wall bath water, so to speak.
My favorite segment here features a mature actress Johanna B, whose visage reminds me a bit of Monique Alexander. Her murmuring of pleasure while Pierce Paris works on her body is amazing, and the entire lengthy scene flows organically rather than just having the explicit sex thrown in. Powers also transcends the genre by dispensing with the usual condoms, shooting this feature bareback.
Johanna's scene and the outdoor-set (by the pool) finale starring the talented Casey Kisses both involve pegging, but again well-integrated into the action rather than mere gimmick. The other two vignettes feature buxom blondes, superstar Domino Presley and the exotic, multi-tattooed Nadia Love, while genre stalwart Gabriel Dalessandro makes his presence felt servicing both Domino and Casey.
